A productive, long-stemmed dahlia with warm vintage colouring, Christie Merlot produces small decorative blooms in dusky orange, pink and terracotta, with a golden-yellow base. Depending on the soil and growing conditions, the blooms can deepen to a rich merlot-red.
A vigorous, sturdy variety that produces generously throughout the season, it’s particularly lovely as a cut flower, with strong stems and beautiful form. A wonderful choice for adding warm, autumnal tones to the garden and bouquet.
